Thinking of one’s self as someone who is the best at whatever they do is sometimes a good thing, but there are a few around us who think they are far more better at doing the job & getting the work done than their respective bosses. There is absolutely nothing wrong in feeling like this &now even a recent research proves the same.
The study talks about ‘unhappy’ employees more than 40% who are of the opinion that they are better at doing the job & fulfilling the duties of a boss than their boss because they believe they are more deserving & capable of getting the work done in a better way.
The research also showed some riveting facts about the relationship between a boss & an employee.
There are 44% of unhappy employees to be precise who think they are better at doing the job than their boss.
The research was done by the researchers of a gambling startup at Multilotto in the United Kingdom where they found out that most of the dissatisfied & unhappy employees are of the opinion that they are much better at doing the job than their boss. The research was conducted on 2,000 employees & they were asked their views on the performance of their seniors & their boss.
The study also showed that 20% of the employees felt that too much work pressure was put on them where they had even to do the work which was ideally to be done by their boss.
The study also talked about 1/3rd of the employees who because of their boss quit their jobs. Out of the 2,000 employees on which the research was taken, 1/3rd left their jobs blaming their boss & another 14% also revealed that they went ahead to find a new job to avoid working with their present manager.
25% of the employees also felt indignation by their boss that they had to bear for years. Other 10% also revealed that they intentionally enraged their bosses to make the boss lash out at them.
However, the study also revealed that though they are very unhappy & dissatisfied with their boss, they will always be loyal to them & in state of crisis would also support them& that they would never go against their bosses during conflicts or crisis.
