Madhuri Dixit, a dancing diva, emulated and adored by her fans for her bewitching smile, her superb dancing and good acting is the heart throb of many. Madhuri had initiated a #learnamove #shareamove. In this initiative Madhuri and her team wanted to introduce something new in the times of the lockdown where physical learning was not possible hence the virtual tutorial of dance moves took shape. Their motto was to not let go of the joy of dancing while still adhering to the mandate of social distancing. In a move that did away with travel to the academy and payment for learning, Madhuri announced 2 free classes every week from the 1st to the 30th of April.
Those interested were invited to enrol for the free dance classes every week, try out a performance from any of the classes that they liked and post a video of that on their social media, hash tagging it #Learnamove #Shareamove. Three performances would be chosen every week and would win a monthly pass with all access for DWM, with one lucky winner getting a chance to e meet Madhuri on an e video call.
Considering the huge fan following and popularity that Madhuri enjoys, this met with huge success and is now into its’ final week. Madhuri uploaded a video in her latest instagram post. In this video which was released by Madhuri to mark the final week of the free classes, captures Madhuri making her iconic “ek do teen’’ moves and showing the choreography of the song. She has captioned the post with the message that they had reached the finale week of the free #Learnamove #Shareamove and this dance of hers was on the popular request of many of her fans.
There is no denying then that Madhuri Dixit is still riding very high on her popularity as the reigning queen of dance in Bollywood.
