The cheapest 5G smartphone in the world has been launched by Realme

V11 has been launched in China, and is currently the cheapest 5G Smartphone in the world.

The launch in China of Realme V11 has created history with its lowest-priced smartphone in the world so far.  It has not yet been launched in India and there is no news of when it will be done, however whenever it will be done the 5G devices are expected to be under 15,000 Rs.

The price of the latest 5G smartphone in China is CNY 1,199 with 4GB RAM +128 GB storage. This converted in INR, would be approximately 13,500 INR.

The Realme V11HAS 5,000mAh battery, 13MP dual rear camera set up, 5G Support, and many other features.

The two colour variants are Quiet Grey and vibrant blue. The procurement of these can be done from the company’s official website. There is a waterdrop display design on the new Realme V11 smartphone. It has slim bezels on the side and the chin is comparatively thick.

The other features are:

Ø a  6.5-inch display

Ø a  20:9 aspect ratio

Ø a  60Hz refresh rate

Ø an 88.7 % screen-to-body ratio

Ø screen operation at an HD+ resolution

Ø a large 5,000 mAh battery

Ø support for 18W fast charger

Ø MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor under the hood

Ø The above is backed by Mali G57 GPU

Ø Storage options of single 12 GB and 4 GB RAM.

Ø Option to expand internal storage by up to 1 TB. This can be done using a microSD card.

Ø Two cameras on the reverse/at the back

Ø Cameras have a 13 MP primary sensor with am aperture f/22 and a sensor 2MP that has an f/2.4 aperture.

Ø Based on the latest Android 11 OS.

Ø Supports the latest wifi 802.11 standards. A 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.1, USB C-port.

Ø Side mounted fingerprint scanner.

Realme launched V15, 5G in January and is planning to expand this pocket-friendly 5G smartphone line up this year.
