13-inch MacBookPro (2020) with up to 32GB RAM, new Intel Processor and 4TB inbuilt storage by Apple launched

Apple has launched its latest 13- inch MacBook Pro (2020) which has a new Intel processor, with upto 32GB RAM and an in built storage of 4TB. The most attractive feature of this laptop is the Magic Keyboard, which uses the popular scissor-style keys for a more comfortable use.

Last year a 13-inch MacBook Pro was launched and this new model is a successor of that. The U.S is already in its pre- order stage. This upgraded version if the 13 –inch MacBookPro now has more storage , a Magic keyboard and a faster 10th generation processor . The price of this starts at $1299, which is close to Rs 98,300. It is to be noted that the recently launched MacBook Air has the same keyboard. The earlier butterfly keys used in MacBook’s got a negative feedback from the users and weren’t very popular. This new keyboard has a newly designed scissor mechanism with a more stable key feel and 1 mm of key travel  and a new arrangement of inverted “T ’’keys so that they can be found easily.

With a double the storage capacity, the read speed is sequential and up to 3.0GB/s. The base category model has 256GB inbuilt storage as compared to the most high end and powerful model with a 4TB storage. The entire device is powered by 10th-generation quad-core Intel Core processors and the Turbo Boost is up to 4.1GHz. It also has an integrated Intel Iris plus Graphics that delivers as high as an 80% faster performance as compared to the previous models.

This new model houses a base RAM capacity of 16GB,. The higher models also have a 32GB RAM option . Up to 500nits of brightness levels are delivered on the screen with the help of a P3 wide colour gamut. The other features like  Touch Bar, Speakers, Force Touch, T2 Security chip remain unchanged.
