Samsung has been a popular player with its Galaxy M smartphone series registering good sales last year. Riding high on this popularity, Samsung is planning to expand this range. In unconfirmed reports it is being said that the new Galaxy M is its entry level smartphone for 2020.
With the internet being the fastest source of news these days, images of the new phone have surfaced on the internet. The images have revealed a punch hole display and also mention that these could be the most affordable despite having enhanced and new features.
The website YTechB has mentioned that the new entrant could come with octa-core processor which would be clocked at 1.8GHz. Along with the processor would be a 3GB or 4GB of RAM with a storage capacity of 32GB or 64GB of. There is no confirmation on the chipset but a look at the configuration makes it seem as if it is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC
The images show at the top left corner a punch hole cut out for the front camera and is slated to be an 8 – megapixel shooter.
The rear is supposed to have a triple camera set up with a 13 megapixel main camera sensor.
In the absence of any confirmation form the company the leaked online reports mention that this could house a physical fingerprint sensor at the back and would have a choice of 3 colours Sky Blue, Purple and Black.
This news has created a lot of anticipation amongst Samsung loyalists and they are keenly awaiting news from Samsung to confirm this new launch
