Ekta Kapoor made an offer to him to join her TV Serials saying they were very easy to please. Farah Khan known for her blunt remarks commented that he would be more high maintenance than the heroine. Bollywood casting director Shanoo Sharma offered assurance to Karan Johar by saying “I’m on it!!!! ’’
Actors Kriti Sanon and Shilpa Shetty sent out positive comments. Karan Johar has never been known for his acting skills, in fact his last movie Bombay Velvet was a box office disaster. He was seen in a fleeting appearance with Shahrukh Khan in “Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge.” He in fact is better known as a Director than as an actor.
