Kajal Aggarwal when debuted in the Hindi film ‘Kyu..ho gaya na’ in 2004, little did she know that one day she will also get a wax statue of her own at the ever so famous Madame Tussauds, Singapore.

Kajal later began her career with the Telugu film industry in 2007 with her first film being ‘Lakshmi Kalnayam’ & soon she emerged as a popular South Indian Actress with hits coming her way like ‘Chandamama’, ‘ Magadheera’ with the latter being the highest-grossing Telugu film of all time in 2009.

Kajal is one of the most famous actresses to have made a name for herself not only in the South Indian Film industry but also in the Hindi Film industry with films like Singham & Special 26.

Now, Kajal is set to add another feather in her cap by becoming the 1st South Indian film industry actress to be honoured by unveiling her wax statue at the Madame Tussauds, Singapore.

The powerhouse of talent broke the news on her social media & announced that she would be in Singapore for the live side-by-side unveiling of her first and only figure on February 5, 2020.

The Indian 2 star will also be in attendance for the newly-launched Ultimate Film Star Experience (UFSE) at Madame Tussauds. This will be an even more special surprise for her fans as they will not only get to pose with her wax statue but will also be able to get into a movie set with the actress herself.

The UFSE is spread over 2,500 sq.ft.& will showcase all the glitz & glamour of the Indian film culture with digitally-generated earthquake created with AR technology, audio-visual effects and real-time camera capture. This celebrity content has been designed exclusively for the Madame Tussauds, Singapore.

Expressing her excitement on the honour, Kajal posted a series of her pictures on Instagram & said, “I remember going to Madame Tussauds as a child & being so fascinated with all the figures that I’ve always looked up to, admired & been in love with.. overwhelmed to be amongst them myself. This feels like a fabulous culmination so far & a great way to start the new decade on a good note.. the insane hours of hard work & personal sacrifices, all feels worth it.. forever thankful to have all of you by my side.. this one’s for each one of you.”

Kajal will be next seen in Paris Paris (Tamil remake of Queen), Mosagallu a bilingual film (English & Telugu) directed by Hollywood filmmaker Jeffrey Gee Chin co-starring Visnu Manchu.

She will also be seen in a Hindi gangster drama film titled ‘Mumbai Saga’ in 2020 starring an ensemble cast of John Abraham, Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, and Emraan Hashmi among others.
