The year 2010 saw the rise of a new heroic character on the silver screen & it was none other than the ‘chulbul’ character of ‘Chulbul Pandey’ played by the heartthrob of many, Salman Khan.
Dabangg is one such franchise that all ‘bhai’ fans wait for because it contains all the aspects of film making in a single movie be it action, drama, romance, comedy, etc. And, when you knowit is all about Salman Khan, you only expect high octane action sequences, chirpy songs & sometimes over the top choreographies too. And, all this gives the film the perfect charm that it needs, thanks to Salman Khan.
Just 1 day ahead of the release of Dabangg 3& we know that the fourth installment of the film is already on its way.
Last week during an interview, Salman Khan made the big revelation saying that they have written part 4 too. Though, he did not mention much about the same but spoke at length about his character of Chulbul & how it was first conceived to be a grey character in the movie as per the original script written by Dilip Shukla & how he tweaked a little to make Chulbul look a bit noble as a police officer.
He also got candid saying that the character did all the wicked things but for the right reasons &spoke about how Chulbul the character initiallywas written as ruthless, corrupt & grey in the movie & how he added some swag to this character & changed Chulbul the way people see it now. So, for the first installment of the film, he retained the main script with changes made to the characteristics of Chulbul to make the movie more massy & it turned out to be a massive hit then with Sonakshi Sinha debuting as ‘Rajjo’ in the film.
Khan further added that the 2nd installment was more about Chulbul as a family man & many other characters were instrumental in making the story a success.
And, now the 3rd installment focuses more on Chulbul’s past life & how he became the man that he is today.
With all the three films reaching a notch higher in the entertainment quotient, it remains to be seen what the fourth installment of the Dabangg franchise will bring for the audiences.
